Introduction to the programs
The programs can be used for getting well acquainted with the various abstract concepts of the theory.
They are developed for instructional purposes.
Six programs (Newton, Euler, Billiard, Truss, Frame and SpFrame) have been compiled with Borland Turbo Pascal Version 7.
A DOS-emulator is needed to run their *.EXE File. A good one can be found at
www.DOSBox.com.
Choose 'Downloads' in the top-menu and select the version needed. When the complete package of Pascal programs is downloaded it is possible to inspect, modify and compile the sources.
Four programs (Flow, TestTube, Beams and SpFrame newer version) are Java-programs. Originally they were compiled with Java version 1.2.2.
They are re-compiled with the Java version 7.51. Sources are included in the .jar.
